Cleansing Fire

Defending Truth and Tradition in the Roman Catholic Church

(*) 2023 TLM Schedule for January

We list the upcoming TLM’s of which we are aware, provided the pastor or celebrant has not requested otherwise. So, if you do know of TLM’s, please let Cleansing Fire know, especially about those held on a regular basis.

Additional emphasis, or corrections or changes to previously published schedules will be in red. At approximately mid-month we drop earlier Masses from the list.

Note, we usually don’t cover ‘events’ or most parish news. (Thank you for the inquiries.) Those are mostly found in the Catholic Courier or in parish bulletins.

Church addresses are listed below the TLM schedules.

Note: Traditionally the Epiphany of Our Lord, a Holy Day of Obligation, is celebrated on January 6th. In the United States the Bishops have transferred the feast and the obligation to the subsequent Sunday. Technically the transference of the feast affects the new calendar, not the 1962 Missal. While the obligation has been officially removed, the Feast remains on this date for the traditional calendar.
