LifeSiteNews (November 26, 2020) has announced that the ‘Kraken is released’. Sidney Powell sues in Georgia and Michigan alleging ‘massive election fraud’. The plaintiffs, in a 104 page legal complaint asks the court to ‘set aside the 2020 General Election results which fraudulently concluded that Mr. Biden defeated President Trump by 12,670 votes.’
The complaint alleges both “evident fraud and multiple violations of the Constitution and Georgia’s laws in the running of the election.” Powell has also just filed a lawsuit with similar allegations of fraud and mathematical improbabilities in Michigan.
The Georgia complaint describes the means allegedly employed to “illegally and fraudulently manipulate the vote count to make certain the election of Joe Biden as President of the United States.”
The fraud was executed by many means, with old-fashioned ‘ballot-stuffing’ now amplified and virtually invisible by computer software created and run by domestic and foreign entities; specifically mentioned are Iran and China. “Mathematical and statistical anomalies, rising to the level of impossibilities,” are submitted in affidavits of multiple witnesses, documentation, and expert testimony.”
The complaint mentions that an “unauthorized user has the opportunity to arbitrarily add, modify, or remove log entries, causing the machine to log election events that do not reflect actual voting tabulations—or more specifically, do not reflect the actual votes of or the will of the people.”
Further, the complaint provides evidence that Dr. Eric Coomer, one of the founders of Dominion, told a virtual Antifa meeting that “Trump is not going to win. I make [expletive] sure of that.”
The complaint also provides statistical analyses showing “that the mail ballot system has fundamentally failed to provide a fair voting mechanism” with the result that “tens of thousands of votes did not count while the pattern of fraud and mathematical anomalies that are impossible absent malign human agency makes clear that tens of thousands were improperly counted.”
In addition to Powell’s complaint, The Thomas More Society’s Amistad Project has filed litigation in Georgia that claims “well over 100,000 illegal votes [in Georgia] were improperly counted, while tens of thousands of legal votes were not counted.”
More science fiction.
If there was even a smidgon of truth or evidence for any of this – Trump would’nt have dumped her like a hot potatoe.
Why is this even worth publishing?
It is worth covering because it is going to affect Catholics and other pro-lifers more than anything else in the next four years. If Biden is installed, as he might be, look for a reversal of almost everything Trump has accomplished, which is more than just about any prior president. It will be the difference between the sturdy ground of truth, and the wobbling platform of lies and fiction, whichever side one is on. If the tactics of the current electoral process are allowed to stand, the country will be worse off 4 years from now. The virtue of patriotism requires involvement, and not a mere sitting on the sidelines as a spectator to be entertained. And the issues which divide the candidates and their platforms are essential teachings of the Catholic Church; they are not matters for individual prudential judgment.
The issues between the candidates are real. No doubt.
And we should all be involved.
But the claims of Sidney Powell are “the wobbling platform of lies and fiction”.
They’re nothing more than a rehash of what has already thrown out of court numerous times (0 for 33 and counting by my calculation…) for lack of evidence and relevency.
They’re claims with zero proof and zero support.
To give them any credibility is irresponsible IMHO.

This is not something I want to spend time trying to convince anyone of, because I believe the results will be manifestly different from your scenario, and therefore be obvious to all within a few weeks. But I am willing to put out there a few things for general consideration.
To begin, we should consider that all the prayer, requested and delivered, is not returning to heaven void or impotent. Everything must have been tried first by man, and found wanting, so that when the turn about comes it will clearly be from God and only from God. As I said to someone recently, such a breadth and depth of prayer from those obedient to seeking God’s Will is not like putting a few rosaries into a slot machine and pulling the handle for the answer we think we bought. No, as an answer to prayer, it must be clear that only God could have delivered it, albeit using people and systems He long ago knew would be needed. This is by way of an overall perspective.
Could it be that God will not deliver? We must have a willingness too, like the 3 young men in the fire heated 7x — to know that God can deliver, yet “His Will be done.” What I think this implies is that if there is not a clear intervention (success) which can only have come from God, there is some other higher purpose. There is not much else it can be except a sacrifice for grace in the endtimes. To me, it seems that Biden then may be the 3-1/2 years of persecution foretold in Daniel.
On a much more mundane level, I think there are serious misses in your interpretations. One error is that you see Trump as having thrown Sidney Powell under the bus. I think nothing can be further from the truth. The path is split into two parts, Rudy and Sidney, giving twice as much opportunity to pursue mutually supportive tracks. Sidney would never be doing what she is doing without Trump’s permission. But also think about her unique background and the kinds of crimes she can prosecute, which most lawyers can’t.
Finally, as I don’t have the time to prolong this exchange further, nor do I need the banter of your view (already given) vs. mine being given here… but I think you misunderstand why the Trump team has only been able to make one partial court presentation to date (leaking what it desires to leak and holding back what it still keeps confidential), with the remaining approaches to the courts not being heard. At least one of those judges was even a Trump appointee! Here’s what I think you are missing. The plaintiffs do not want to be tied up for weeks wending their way through the lower courts! Refusal by the lower courts to hear the case EXPEDITES the plaintiffs’ getting through the system faster to SCOTUS. (Comment incl minor, non-substantive revisions 11/28.)
