Dear Brothers and Sisters,
As devout Christians and faithful citizens of the United States of America, you have intense and heartfelt concern for the fate of your beloved country while the final results of the Presidential election are still uncertain.
News of electoral fraud is multiplying, despite the shameful attempts of the mainstream media to censor the truth of the facts in order to give their candidate the advantage. There are states in which the number of votes is greater than the number of voters; others in which the mail-in vote seems to be exclusively in favor of Joe Biden; others in which the counting of ballots has been suspended for no reason or where sensational tampering has been discovered: always and only against President Donald J. Trump, always and only in favor of Biden.
In truth, for months now we have been witnessing a continuous trickle of staggered news, of manipulated or censored information, of crimes that have been silenced or covered up in the face of striking evidence and irrefutable testimony. We have seen the deep state organize itself, well in advance, to carry out the most colossal electoral fraud in history, in order to ensure the defeat of the man who has strenuously opposed the establishment of the New World Order that is wanted by the children of darkness. In this battle, you have not failed, as is your sacred duty, to make your own contribution by taking the side of the Good. Others, enslaved by vices or blinded by infernal hatred against Our Lord, have taken the side of Evil.
Do not think that the children of darkness act with honesty, and do not be scandalized if they operate with deception. Do you perhaps believe that Satan’s followers are honest, sincere, and loyal? The Lord has warned us against the Devil: “He was a murderer from the beginning and does not stand in truth, because there is no truth in him. When he tells a lie, he speaks in character, because he is a liar and the father of lies” (Jn 8:44).
In these hours, while the gates of Hell seem to prevail, allow me to address myself to you with an appeal, which I trust that you will respond to promptly and with generosity. I ask you to make an act of trust in God, an act of humility and filial devotion to The Lord of Armies. I ask that all of you pray the Holy Rosary, if possible in your families or with your dear ones, your friends, your brothers and sisters, your colleagues, your fellow soldiers. Pray with the abandonment of children who know how to have recourse to their Most Holy Mother to ask her to intercede before the throne of the Divine Majesty. Pray with a sincere soul, with a pure heart, in the certainty of being heard and answered. Ask her – she who is the Help of Christians, Auxilium Christianorum – to defeat the forces of the Enemy; ask her – she who is terrible as an army set in battle array (Song 6:10) – to grant the victory to the forces of Good and to inflict a humiliating defeat on the forces of Evil.
Have your children pray, using the holy words that you have taught them: those confident prayers will rise to God and will not remain unheard. Have the elderly and sick pray, so that they may offer their sufferings in union with the sufferings that Our Lord suffered on the Cross when He shed His Precious Blood for Our Redemption. Have young ladies and women pray, so that they turn to her who is the model of purity and motherhood. And you, men, must also pray: your courage, your honor and your boldness will be refreshed and strengthened. All of you, take up this spiritual weapon, before which Satan and his minions retreat furiously, because they fear the Most Holy Virgin, she who is Almighty by Grace, even more than Almighty God.
Do not allow yourselves to be discouraged by the deceptions of the Enemy, even more so in this terrible hour in which the impudence of lying and fraud dares to challenge Heaven. Our adversaries’ hours are numbered if you will pray, if we will all pray with Faith and with the true ardor of Charity. May the Lord grant that one single devout and faithful voice rise from your homes, your churches, and your streets! This voice will not remain unheard, because it will be the voice of a people that cries out, in the moment when the storm rages most fiercely, “Save us, Lord, we are perishing!” (Mt 8:25).
The days that await us are a precious occasion for all of you, and for those who unite themselves spiritually to you from every part of the world. You have the honor and privilege of being able to participate in the victory of this spiritual battle, to wield the powerful weapon of the Holy Rosary as our fathers did at Lepanto to repel the enemy armies.
Pray with the certainty of Our Lord’s promise: “Ask and it shall be given unto you, seek and you shall find, knock and the door shall be opened unto you” (Lk 11:9). The King of Kings, from whom you ask the salvation of your Nation, will reward your Faith. Your testimony, remember this, will touch the heart of Our Lord, multiplying the heavenly Graces which are, more than ever, indispensable in order to achieve victory.
May my appeal, which I address to you and to all people who recognize the Lordship of God, find you to be generous apostles and courageous witnesses of the spiritual rebirth of your beloved country, and with it the entire world. Non praevalebunt.
God bless and protect the United States of America!

Question for anyone: is “an act of trust in God, an act of humility and filial devotion to The Lord of Armies” a specific prayer or set of prayers? I don’t think I’ve ever heard these specific terms before and I’m looking for guidance. Thanks, and God Bless Archbishop Vigano!
One thing I can share on this subject is the Sanctus we say at Mass: Holy, Holy, Holy Lord God of Hosts. A few years ago I was surprised to learn that some people think the ‘hosts’ in this sentence means the host we receive in Holy Communion. No! that is not the meaning. Hosts in this context means Armies. Dominus Deus Sabaoth. The Hebrew “Sabaoth” means uncountable armies under the Lord’s command. He cannot be defeated.
Sad to see a Bishop falling prey to, and worse yet, spreading internet myths that have no basis in fact.
After reading BigE’s comment, I re-read several more times the letter from Abp. Vigano to the American people, and could find no evidence of the prelate’s “spreading internet myths that have no basis in fact.” What I do find is a love and caring for America and her people, and a sense of duty to warn and encourage.
We are privileged to be able to share the Archbishop’s pastoral word. Would that all the bishops in the US would do the same as he in giving true moral guidance for the good of souls. It is very difficult in these times to know exactly what is happening in every aspect of an issue, but we do know one side of the issue is quick to remove most any opinion which contradicts the editorial policy of their site. Suppression of discussion can never lead to truth. Discussing the issues does not make for ‘internet myths’ but rather for a healthy airing of concern.
Where there is direct contradiction between positions, voters should consider credibility of the source. The side which supports killing babies, disordered same-sex agenda, and the spread of euthanasia is, by far, the less credible, because it is the more morally deficient; e.g. why would one with the willingness to take a baby’s life at full term resist the immorality of voter fraud to achieve their notorious end?
Finally, I note the inconsistency of claiming “no basis in fact” when every attempt to present information is deleted without explanation, without facts being allowed to be presented.
Trump Sting? There is a lot I don’t personally like in this link, but I don’t see it as an excuse for censoring the key content.
https://www.bing.com/videos/search?q=sting+election+2020&ru=%2fvideos%2fsearch%3fq%3dsting%2belection%2b2020%26qpvt%3dsting%2belection%2b2020%26FORM%3dVDRE&qpvt=sting+election+2020&view=detail&mid=62219C4C02E092099B8E62219C4C02E092099B8E&&FORM=VDRVSR
Example: Vigano cleary says as part of his perceived tampering that “..there are states in which the number of votes is greater than the number of voters…” Which is a total fabrication and part of an internet myth floating around. No such thing has ocurred in the 2020 election in ANY state.
“Where there is direct contradiction between positions, voters should consider credibility of the source.”
This isn’t about a “contradiction” in positions. This is the Bishop making claims of illegal activities in our election process. And in our country when someone makes a charge of an illegal activity, they’re required to prove it.
So I’ll wait patiently for ANY evidence of states where the number of votes exceeded the voters (should be easy enough to prove if it were true); of mail-in ballots being exclusively for Biden; of any evidence of “sensational tampering” against Trump.
And for that matter, any evidence of important information being deleted without explanantion and/or facts not being allowed to be presented.

Two BIG issues with your “Bit Chute” video source:
1) CNN is not the official counter of votes in an election.
2) Independent media review of Bit Chute:
“Overall, we rate BitChute extreme right and Questionable based on the promotion of conspiracy theories, propaganda, hate speech, poor sourcing, fake news, and a lack of transparency. This source is not credible for accurate information and may be offensive to some (most).”
https://mediabiasfactcheck.com/bitchute/
“Since launching, BitChute has been described as accommodating far-right groups and individuals.
The Southern Poverty Law Center wrote in 2019 that the site hosts “hate-fueled material”, and the Anti-Defamation League wrote in 2020 that “BitChute has become a hotbed for violent, conspiratorial and hate-filled video propaganda, and a recruiting ground for extremists”.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BitChute
“BitChute describes itself as a “free speech” website, but researchers say it is has become a major platform for neo-Nazi videos, racism, violence, conspiracy theories and even terrorist propaganda.”
https://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/home-news/bitchute-far-right-youtube-neo-nazi-terrorism-videos-a9632981.html
That BitChute video is full of un-knowable assertions regarding which graphic is fed by which source.
What you have are two CNN-generated graphics displaying vote totals that are VERY likely being updated – and yes, sometimes corrected – by manual data-entry processes.
Anyone who thinks that news organizations’ graphics must necessarily be fed by (1) automated and (2) infallible state-run data sources has an unrealistic view of how computer systems and data feeds work.
If I’m understanding the allegation correctly, this also smacks of hypocrisy. The cry in the wake of the election being called for Biden is that news organizations don’t get to “call” an election; that all their information is unofficial, until certified by states. But we’re going to call these totals “official” and claim that they’re evidence of fraud?
I’ll need to see a LOT better than this …

Ludwig…..Amen!
Diane…..in your followup videos I see a bunch of assertions with zero evidence to support them. Assertions are not evidence (as Trump will soon find out).
As for States having more votes than registered voters-here’s the official data by state (gathered from each sates website by USA Today):
Nevada reported 1,821,864 registered voters, 1,280,639 ballots cast and 70.29% turnout.
Pennsylvania reported 9,091,371 registered voters and 6,685,865 ballots cast. From this data USA TODAY calculated Pennsylvania had about 73.54% voter turnout.
Minnesota reported 3,589,785 registered voters and 3,278,548 ballots cast. From this data USA TODAY calculated Minnesota had about 91.32% voter turnout.
North Carolina reported 7.36 million registered voters, 5.49 million ballots cast and 74.6% turnout.
Wisconsin reported 3,684,726 registered voters and about 3,289,472 ballots cast. USA TODAY found voter turnout to be about 72.3% in a previous fact check.
Michigan reported 8,128,430 registered voters and 5,519,348 ballots cast. From this data USA TODAY calculated Michigan had about 67.9% voter turnout.
Arizona reported 4,281,152 registered voters, 3,154,794 ballots cast and 73.69% turnout.
Georgia reported at least 7,587,625 registered voters and 4,960,605 ballots cast. From this data USA TODAY calculated Georgia had about 65.38% voter turnout or less.

Big E,
Thank you for supplying your database as input. I want to be very clear about my input, which is really input from others who have more access to information than I do, and more clarity with their specific concerns. My point is to put a spotlight on what others are saying, from various points of view, and to post the links so that those who are interested will have additional public resources to consider.
I have no intention of supplying “evidence” which you seem to expect, since my main point is that there are questions for which the answers are not readily available, and which need to be researched. The point is that the entire process and results need to be reviewed and probably recounted, and that whatever changes there need to be should be made so that there is a credible result based on TRUTH, not opinions, yours or mine.
Accordingly, I encourage finding the truth; I am not going to guesstimate at this point what is truth and what is not, but I do think it is fair to give attention to the allegations (which will in the process need to become sworn testimony). We are using different sources and since neither of us has privileged information, we both quote other sources. Time will tell in which camp the conclusions are true, or not.
If recounts find that the numbers are exactly as media now tout, so be it. The verification will have been worth the cost and soothing of trust. However, if there is a difference in either direction, the voters have a right to know, and to be counted properly. The world has a right to trust also that our election system is reliable.
PS I have been meaning to suggest an interpretation regarding paragraph #2 of Abp. Vigano’s letter, when he wrote: “There are states in which the number of votes is greater than the number of voters registered;…” You have made the point of interpretation on a state wide basis, but I don’t believe that is the right way to interpret his words. Most of the stories related to voter count exceeding registration seem to relate in the following kind of context: “In the state of M____, in the city of ____, or in the polling district of S_____, voters exceeded registrants.” Note, the event is alleged in a state, but I don’t believe it is proper to interpret Abp. Vigano’s words as applying to statewide counts, but rather to much smaller areas within a state. I would concur that it is a bit confusing, however.
Diane,
I agree with you 100% on finding the truth.
What is frustrating is when we have the truth, and someone wants to tear it down simply because they don’t like it.
This idea that we give any credibility to a fraud claim simply because the President is upset with a loss and wants to creat doubts by claiming fraud where no evidence of fraud exists (which btw has been his MO for ANY election he has lost, including when his TV show didn’t get an emmy)
Then of course, the internet takes off with rumors which, backed up by nothing other than the false facts created conspiracy theorists (ie states having more votes than registered voters) And btw, I have not seen evidence of one state, on
sorry….hit the send button too soon….
one city, or one polling place where that has been the case. I also have yet to see any where any “sensational tampering” has been discovered. I’ve seen claims of sensational tampering but no actual evidence.
So for the Bishop to label the lack of any current evidence for fraud as “the shameful attempts of the mainstream media to censor the truth of the facts in order to give their candidate the advantage” is simple irresponsible and is nowhere near your more measured response of saying in effect “let’s see how this plays out”.
Shame on him.
Rather, shame on you for judging so harshly the prelate and his letter sent on the day AFTER election day (thus not influencing the election in advance), and not only your judging him but judging his motives as well. If you really believe in waiting for the Truth, why are you not waiting for the recounts and investigations, but even dragging in words out of context from more than a decade ago?
I wasn’t shaming the Bishop for trying to influence the election.
I’m was shaming him for passing along gossip and inuendo.
And I’m not waiting for recounts – because even if the two states where recounts will happen (Georgia and Wisconsin) were to be overturned – it would not change the election results.
Well, I think we have two different views from mid-field, including what’s really at stake, the breadth of replays & recounts needed, verifications from the rulebook expected, and final review of the refs’ calls as seen by the Eye in the sky. So I’ll just keep praying Hail Marys for the home team, and let others reply to your preceding post. Over. out.
Big E comment moved here. It was held up in review due to more links than permitted under CF requirements.
“Election officials in dozens of states representing both political parties said that there was no evidence that fraud or other irregularities played a role in the outcome of the presidential race, amounting to a forceful rebuke of President Trump’s portrait of a fraudulent election.”
The New York Times contacted the offices of the top election officials in every state on Monday and Tuesday to ask whether they suspected or had evidence of illegal voting.

“Legally, the Trump team has not made much, if any, progress. Since the Nov. 3 election, the president’s attorneys have not won significant legal challenges in the key swing states Biden won or leads in: Michigan, Pennsylvania, Arizona, Georgia and Nevada. In some cases, Trump’s team didn’t present the evidence needed to invalidate ballots. Other times, his team didn’t even send in the right documents. In Michigan, the Trump campaign didn’t file the full paperwork, including the lower court’s order, needed to appeal a case to the Michigan Court of Appeals.”
Even if the suits had been more successful to this point, most of the cases were only questioning dozens or hundreds of ballots — not the thousands or tens of thousands needed to change election results. In Arizona, for example, a Trump campaign lawsuit alleged poll workers “incorrectly rejected” fewer than 200 ballots.
“It doesn’t seem like we’re seeing anything that’s intended to or will impact the vote count,” said Jason Snead, executive director at the conservative Honest Elections Project. “It’s still a numbers game at the end of the day.”
