On Monday, the United States Senate will vote on S.2311, the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, which would ban abortion after 20 weeks. This life-saving legislation would ban abortions at the point when scientists agree pre-born children begin to feel pain in the womb (approximately 20 weeks).
