From dor.org:
Pope Francis has requested worldwide feedback concerning the state of family and marriage today, issues that will be addressed at the October 2014 Synod of Bishops on “Pastoral Challenges to the Family in the Context of Evangelization.”
In response to the Holy Father’s request, the Roman Catholic Diocese of Rochester invites your consultation through an online survey at (https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/WCCQXBS)
The questionnaire is not a poll or a survey on Church teaching. Instead, it is a unique opportunity for the faithful to respond thoughtfully and prayerfully to the issues confronting family life and marriage in our times. The goal of the 2014 Synod of Bishops is to proclaim “Christian family and marriage in a more effective way to reach hearts and transform them according to God’s will made known in Jesus Christ.”
Our survey focuses on the pastoral experiences of our local church in light of the questions asked by the Pope. Information gathered in our diocese will be included in the final report sent to the Vatican by the U.S. Bishops.
Deadline to complete the survey is Dec. 15, 2013 at 11:59 PM.
A separate survey has been emailed to Pastors, Pastoral Administrators, and Directors of Campus Ministry. If you did not receive that link please contact Shannon Loughlin at the Pastoral Center.
I just took the survey. Some of the questions were confusing, so I left them blank (not sure if that’s the best thing to do or not). If you live w/in the DOR, it’s probably worth your while to take this survey.

I took the survey as well. Not bad but didn’t really allow the kind of feedback necessary from the questions. However, I think it’s worth the time for anyone that is either married or concerned with marriage issues to take it.
Nice survey, Ben. I’m surprised that more people haven’t jumped on board with this post. Although I am single, I felt qualified to answer most of those questions. The survey doesn’t even take 15 minutes. Come on you Orthodox Catholics, take the survey and let your opinion be known!
