    The relic casket tabernacles can be quite beautiful!! I remember the German ones pictured in the magazine “Das Munchen” from the 1970’s and in the churches being built at the time. They were often covered in semi-precious stones and were the most ornate item in the church!! Even if they were on the side altar (!?!)they really drew your attention to Jesus’ “petite maison”.
