My wife and I saw this beautiful crucifix in the atrium of St. Anne Church Tuesday night after the Rosary for Priestly Vocations. Apparently it was brought back from the Holy Land (probably shipped!) by Father Gary Tyman, the priest at St. Anne’s and Our Lady of Lourdes. Father Tyman had been leading a group on pilgrimage there early this year. (I have since learned that the crucifix was not from the Holy Land. Father purchased it from Our Lady of Mercy Church in Greece after the church closed.) It looks like the crucifix comes in two parts so that the part with the corpus can be used in procession. Beautiful!
