Too sad to be funny for me. These ladies willing to protest with signs – why aren’t they standing for Life, a cause dear to Our Lord’s heart? What a waste to reach your later years, and this is what you stand for? Its too sad, to be old but not wise. And I think of all the people who helped them on their way – bishops like Clark who encouraged them in this cause. I almost wonder if such encouragers aren’t trying to keep these woman busy with fruitless dreams so they don’t notice what they themselves are up to with their time and money…
