Since Homiletic & Pastoral Review no longer archives much of their printed and published materials, including Book Reviews, the following review which HPR published in its December 2010 Journal is being archived here for future reference.  It points out the logical flaws in using “Pastoral Administrators,” aka “Lay Ecclesial Ministry,” and the thinly disguised encouragement of the forbidden “ordination of women.”
