Beautiful! Absolutely inspiring!
Absolutely Beautiful! Very inspiring!
This is why I am Catholic…it is not about which way the alter faces, it is not about kissing relics, it is not about what clothes the bishop has on….it is about joy, hope, community and LOVE!!!
And thanks to Vatican 2 and our rich history we can all express it equally as the Body of Christ! We should not be divisive with one another.
Peace
unless, of course, you like traditional liturgy, actual theology, believe that the Eucharist truly is Jesus Christ, Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity, appreciate silence and worship…understand that Christ only called men to the ordained priesthood…
Sorry, Diane, it’s all about GOD, not all about us and our pseudo-spiritual communities!
Thank you Mike! Abaccio for Bishop!! Merry Christmas to all!!!
Exactly Abaccio, traditional liturgy is really great and it is wonderful that we have that diversity in Rochester. To say that we all need to worship in the traditional way really sells our God short. He is a LOVING GOD and is not going to condemn us because we follow the traditional way or condemn us because we follow a Vatican 2 way.
“Pseudo-spiritual communities” ~ MATTHEW’s response to judgment is this:
MATTHEW Chapter 18 Verse 20: For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.
Peace be unto you my Brother in Christ!
