The St. Thomas More Lawyers Guild is celebrating the 35th year of its founding at a special Mass in honor of St Thomas More, its patron saint and martyr, with a special tribute to the memories of two former guests, Avery Cardinal Dulles and Monsignor William B. Smith, and asking for God?s spiritual guidance in one?s professional and private life.

Unless I'm mistaken, the so-called annual "Red Mass" for lawyers has been going on for all of those 35 years, and has been at OLV all or most of that time. This is not a "first."
Yes, it has. It was held at the Cathedral once or twice in the past few years, but is usually held at OLV.
