Defending Truth and Tradition in the Roman Catholic Church

The Homosexual Problem

March 6th, 2010, Promulgated by Dr. K

The following is an excerpt of an article found at the New York Times Web site. I don’t normally recommend anything to do with the NY Times, but the article may be worth a read.

“ROME ? A singer in an elite Vatican choir and a jailed Italian public works executive who served as a papal usher were let go by the Vatican this week amid allegations that they were involved in what prosecutors believe was an organized network of gay prostitution, Italian news media reported. Ghinedu Ehiem, a Nigerian who sang in a choir that performs at St. Peter?s Basilica, was dismissed after the center-left daily newspaper La Repubblica reported Wednesday that he had procured men, including seminarians [Emphasis mine], for Angelo Balducci, a former member of the board of Italy?s public works department who was arrested and jailed last month on corruption charges.

After his arrest, Mr. Balducci was removed from his Vatican post in The Gentlemen of His Holiness, an elite group of ushers who serve at the Apostolic Palace when visiting dignitaries meet the pope, the ANSA news agency reported Thursday, citing Vatican sources.”

The Church needs to rid itself of this rampant homosexual problem once and for all. These sexual scandals need to end now! We have done too much damage to our Church. Enough is enough. Bishops: stop advancing men with known homosexual tendencies to the priesthood. The Vatican has spoken clearly on this subject. I thought the gay culture at our seminaries was finally being eradicated, but apparently there remains much work to be done. Seminarians working as gay prostitutes? What the hell is wrong with these young men? Do these young men join seminaries just to have a sexual free for all? We need to fix our Church if we expect her message to be taken seriously going forward.

One Response to “The Homosexual Problem”

  1. Anonymous says:

The only thing that I can say to Bishop Matthew Harvey Clark, who conducted a Gay Mass at Sacred Heart Cathedral on March 1, 1997, is that the American Psychiatric Association declared homosexuality a "mental defect" until 1973.

And that's all I am going to say.
