Just During Lent?

I got a kick out of this DoR Twitter tweet posted today:

Does that mean that as soon as Lent is over, it’s alright for people to go back to disagreeing with Church teachings? Dissent is not something to fast from during Lent; we should fast from dissent all year long!

This diocese… sometimes all I can do is shake my head because it’s just so loony.

    While your point is taken, let's be honest. This is a positive step for DoR. Admit it, the idea of fasting from dissent, even if only for Lent, coming from DoR shocks even you!
