I find it somewhat ironic that one can see a sign advertising "religious supplies" through the door of the cavernous and empty shell of St. Joseph's.
Truly, truly sad.
That was the Trant's Religious Shop. It was directly across the street from St. Joseph's. Herman Walz ran it. His brother Frederick (sp?) was a DoR priest. He used to say the Tridentine Mass for us at the old SSJ Motherhouse Infirmary.
