Vote No on “Women’s Ordination”

Background: The outgoing leader of the Archdiocese of Cincinnati, Archbishop Daniel Pilarczyk, is taking heat for banning a Cincinnati Sister of Charity who supports the ordination of women, a heretical stance, from teaching in Catholic schools and parishes. This news article in the Cincinnati Enquirer is about this very story. Recently, the Enquirer posted a poll asking readers whether or not they think the Church should allow women to be ordained. As can be expected, non-Catholics and liberals jumped all over this poll early, and it took a quick 77% lead. WDTPRS and Ten Reasons have alerted Catholic readers to vote in this poll so that the Catholic view is heard, not the opinion of Protestants who wish to modify the Catholic Church. The poll is now much tighter, standing at 55% in favor when I last checked. If you get the opportunity, please vote “No” in this poll, and help show support for the Archbishop who is standing up to defend our Church. You can contact him here: archbishop@catholiccincinnati.org

Remember the importance of supporting our leaders when they stand up for the Church. Bishop Martino did not receive enough of this, and it took a toll on his health, and we ultimately lost him as leader of Scranton. Please offer your prayers for our orthodox bishops.

Update (from Gen): As of 5:30 on Thursday, sanity is beating insanity 63% to 35%.

Just cast my vote. Feels great to defend my faith against the attempts to change the Church by non-Catholics.

  4. Vote early and vote often. I voted "NO". If I could, I would stay up all night tapping on that No button.

Jim must have been told to leave!

Hold on, where are the male priests? Isn't it a bit hypocritical that Spiritus complains about there being no female priests in the Roman Catholic Church, yet they will soon have no males priests in theirs?

    No is dominating! Amen!

I may be wrong but isn't the object in the red headed diva's hand odd?

I assume the "schism within a schism" did not turn out well for Denise Donato?

If Jim wasn't around, attendance probably took a hit that weekend.

That Church will meet a rather quick decline when Jim Callan calls it quits. The people that go there are attracted to the personalities in charge. When these personalities leave, there will be bickering, and a power struggle. Many people will leave.

  12. I believe Laura doth speaketh the truth. 'tis exactly what will occur. It's all based on egos and power; and boy will it get vicious among them.

Look at those pigtails on Mary Ramerman. There's a joke there, but I'm not going to touch it.

  14. avatar Rob says:

Wow. I just checked the poll results, and there is a commanding 67.11% to 31.74% lead for orthodoxy. If there is any doubt of the size and power of the orthodox Catholic community, check out the number of 'no' votes: 11,870!

It is outstanding to know that I'm in such great company. We are growing, and the libs can't hold us back!

  15. Don't you just want to pull those pigtails? I do. My bad Catholic side coming out. Sorry!
